Sometimes, when everybody is asleep, something weird is happening! And only the creatures of the night are there to witness it. A flower will bloom during the night, for only 3 hours, once in a year! A strange comet, which has seen so many mysteries is approaching our home but won’t let us examine it. It’s in a hurry! To visit as many worlds as it can! An owl is reading some engraving on a tree trunk, written by a girl in love! So full in love, she herself couldn’t distinguish with whom or what! Was she in love with the forest? Or her heart’s dear?! Only the owl knows it… She was there… she’s always there, watching! Waiting for the next full moon, it excites her! She thinks the brightness of the full moon makes her look even more radiant and wise! She brags about it to the rest of the owls. Although she knows… she knows the time is short!
But the moon has a different opinion! She’s not concerned only for the owl’s beauty!!! She just wants to shine on everything! Showing her ultimate power, illuminating every single stone! Having the ultimate satisfaction to be the one to whom witches, creatures of the night and the Fae folk sing and chant to! She’s the most mysterious of all! No one really knows what she thinks, what she’s doing and why! How can she be so gracious yet dark? Even when she glows so bright!!!!
The witches know a few of her secrets, debating with scientists about them. The second know how she’s doing what she does but not why! The witches know why and give their own interpretations on the different aspects of her work. Sometimes they even try to talk to the Fae about it. Luring them out of the great mushrooms and magickal bushes. Or dance naked under her Light, to invoke the interest of the Fae! The magickal folk trust them easier this way… there are no clothes made by human hand to cause fear! It’s nature… simple, pure and gracious! It’s something they understand and maybe, maybe some nights they work with them.
Full moon is so close now… again! Every time she brings different gifts. She’s always precise on when she creates her magic… it’s like millions of tiny water drop gems, falling on us… brightening our existence and yet, there are so many who cannot see it! The witches and the Fae with the assistance of the creatures of the night… are always working hard to make them see, make them feel! Help them embrace the gift-bearing moon! Once in a life-time, someone.., begins to feel and accept those gifts! And then, something weird is happening to the world! A new witch may be born, or the Fae are creating new worlds around us… or maybe, just maybe hope recreates herself!
